Each frame is handcrafted from kiln-dried Beechwood in a local workshop just 5km from our factory. This close proximity allows us to support local artisans while also reducing transportation emissions.

Access, Delivery & Payment

Access

Before delivery, customers should ensure there is enough space to install and move the furniture into their home. To assist you, we will take all possible steps to make this process easier. For guidance, please refer to our Access Sheet, which will help you determine whether any adjustments are needed for your sofa to fit through narrow or challenging spaces.

Pay attention to potential obstacles such as sofas with extra width, narrow hallways, offset doors, or stairs directly opposite the doorway. These factors could impact the delivery, so it’s essential to plan accordingly.

Leadtime & Delivery

When you place an order, our sales team will inform you of the specific lead times. These can vary depending on business levels, as well as the availability of fabric or raw materials.

We offer nationwide delivery, which you can learn more about on our delivery information page. Our trusted courier service will contact you directly, providing sufficient notice of the delivery date and time. On the day of delivery, we place each piece of furniture in the room of your choice and ensure that all packaging is removed for recycling.

Alternatively, you may pick up your order directly from our factory in Emo, Co. Laois. We offer free protective packaging for your items if you prefer to wrap them yourself.

If you opt for collection from the factory, please arrange it in advance by calling us at least 48 hours prior to ensure your furniture is ready at our loading bay.

Payment Terms

A deposit is required upon confirmation of your order. The amount of the deposit will be confirmed by your salesperson when placing your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is delivered or collected.
