Second time purchasing a sofa from Finline and the experience was every bit as positive and rewarding as the first time. The sofa is of the highest quality and the customer service is second to none. In this regard we had the pleasure of dealing with Cathal in customer service as we requested some changes to be made to the sofa. Cathal was patient, professional, helpful and always responsive to every call or email. The whole process was smooth and easy. Having purchased furniture from well known chain stores in the past and experienced their abysmal call centre customer service and the stress that it causes, I will no longer buy from anywhere but Finline. Their products are of the highest quality but in my opinion it is their customer service and people like Cathal that truly sets them apart from everyone else.

I had a small issue with my purchase, but Cathal went above and beyond to sort it out straight away. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient—everything was resolved in no time. Really impressed and grateful for the quick turnaround!

We had a truly fantastic experience with Finline. When selecting & designing our custom furniture, the support & guidance from the delightful Fiona (Dublin showroom) was wonderful, if not exceptional. Fiona has a stunning eye for what works, plus what a client thinks they want vs what they will actually need!! Fiona was truly superb and her guidance was invaluable. The quality of our furniture is substantially above your normal big brand / high street street furniture retailer. The entire experience with Finline was excellent. The Finline aftercare is stellar. We had a couple of very minor problems with the furniture upon arrival. Within days their service team were in our home resolving these issues really rapidly, zero fuss. Cathal from the service team was highly responsive and super easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for Cathal. A couple of weeks later we were not happy with the filling in the base and back cushions of one seat. They were different weights to the others and were losing their shape already. Cathal responded rapidly once again and sorted out both problems with ease. Cathal & Fiona are a serious pair of assets to the Finline business. Finline’s superb aftercare also says a lot about Finline. We cannot recommend Finline highly enough.

Quality Sofa & Excellent Customer Service Highly recommend Finline for their quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. We ordered our sofa from the Longmile showroom, where Shahzadi was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The sofa arrived within eight weeks, but we ran into issues getting the new one in and the old one out, resulting in some hallway damage. Cathal provided exceptional customer service—he came the next day to assess the situation, arranged for a section of the sofa to be remade, and had it back with us within a week. He also ensured the damage was repaired. Things don’t always go to plan, but Cathal and the Finline team handled everything professionally, kept us informed throughout, and left us with a beautiful sofa in the end.

I recently received my beautiful 3 seater Daytona with chaise from finline and I'm thrilled. This is my 2nd purchase from finline and the quality of their furniture is brilliant, I only needed to buy again as I moved house. I also got some scatter cushions which matched an armchair I previously purchased. I had a minor delivery issue which Cathal very kindly and promptly resolved. I would highly recommend Cathal and the staff at Finline when choosing your next couch / armchair.

We received delivery of a custom sofa from Finline Furniture in January 2025. The seat cushions were not fitting the sofa correctly as they were not wide enough for the extended sofa. There was a gap between the two cushions. So we contacted finline and they sent their technician Cathal Whelan to our house to take a look. Cathal took the cushions away and made some changes to the fabric/cut and distribution of the filling. They were sent back to us by courier within 48 hours, and they fitted perfectly on the sofa after that. We were happy with the service provided. A recommended company! Maria

A brilliant product and unparalleled customer service! The bed settee wouldn’t fit through the front door! One of the owners happened to be in town, and he came by to disassemble one arm off the settee, bring it in the house and reassemble. Very helpful and understanding. In the process of doing all that, the arm of the settee got a small hole punched in it, somehow. The owner didn’t skip a beat, and said they would replace it. Several days later they returned with the newly made arm replacement. It was a very happy and surprising result. FineLine could have said it was our responsibility to ensure the settee would fit, and start charging for more support. They are an Irish company with high standards, a well made product, and exceptional customer service.

I had a fantastic experience with Finline Furniture when purchasing my new couch. Mary, in the Dublin showroom on the Longmile road, was so helpful each time I visited, before I made my final choice. There is a huge smount of choice in this shop and each piece can be designed to fit your space. Mary spent time listening to what I wanted and offered some very good advice and suggestions. I also bought two beautiful headboards and an ottoman from Finline and I'm very happy with these purchases as well. On delivery there was an issue with my couch and when I phoned the shop they responded positively and sorted the issue immediately. Cathal came out to the house and did what needed to be done. He was very professional and efficient and ensured I was satisfied with the job he did. I would highly recommend Finline. Their products are beautiful and the staff I met were extremely courteous, obliging and very knowledgeable. I look forward to shopping there again when I'm making my next big purchase.

We can’t fault the customer service. From when we purchased our suite of furniture and all the way to the after care. Cathal was recently so helpful when I got a tricky stain on the couch from a melted hot water bottle. His expert knowledge got it sorted with no issue. Have bought all our sofas and furniture from Finline over the years. The threads on our ottoman leg had been slightly worn, after over 7 years of constant use. Contacted Finline to replace leg. Emma and Cathal sorted this out immediately and sent out a replacement leg within a day. It was sent by courier. Really impressed with the after care support. Always happy to support this company. Would highly recommend for all sofas and furniture.

Thrilled with the end result having bought a beautiful, custom couch from Finline. Their range is more expensive than what you will find in the mainstream furniture chains but fully warranted given the quality and ability to customise to your preference and room requirements. There was an original ordering mix up which meant we received a smaller version of what we intended to get however this was resolved in just one phonecall with the incredibly helpful and professional Cathal. Impeccable customer service that saw us with the larger piece in our living room within 3 weeks of the original delivery (which was 2 weeks before Christmas!). Communication was super and the delivery team were an absolute pleasure. Thank you Finline and especially Cathal.

I purchased a finline couch via the emo showroom in summer 2022. Easy customer service, purchase and delivery process. After around 6 months I noted the material of the couch to be wearing poorly, some threads pulling and piling. I contacted finline and Cathal came out to have a look. The customer service response from this point was absolutely excellent. He acknowledged the wear of the material was not of their usual standard and I had happened to order a new material that they weren’t aware this issue occurred with. They have since pulled that material and I was offered a complimentary couch recovering in material of my choice. There was no difficulty at all in getting acknowledgement of an issue, they accepted full responsibility but I think it was just a bit of bad luck really and not reflective of their usual high standard. If anything, the issues I encountered would make me recommend them more as I’ve never received such easy and professional customer service. My newly recovered couch is perfect and no issues at all.

Very pleased. The sales process was great, lots of advice and support; the pieces are just excellent. My two rooms are really lifted. I especially like the reading chairs. When one piece was too large, the turnaround to make it fit (addition of removable legs) was fast. Highly recommended.

Would thoroughly recommend Finline Furniture. We were looking for a bespoke corner couch and the design and ordering process were very simple - nothing was a problem. Our suite arrived on time. We then felt we needed an armchair too so we could order exactly the same fabric and again, it was delivered slightly ahead of schedule. After a few months, we felt the cushions were too soft and as we both have back injuries, the couch was too uncomfortable. After a quick phone call to Cathal explaining our problem, he was very understanding and told us to bring the cushions back to the factory. We did and after 45 minutes, they were restuffed and are perfect. Every aspect of dealing with Finline has been positive and we have already recommended them to several people.

We bought 2 lovely Roisin sofas and everything went as agreed delivered on time etc. We adore the sofas which are made very well and we are confident that they will continue to be a great addition to our house. After delivery we requested a pair of arm protectors delivered promptly. I cannot recommend Finline more not only am I happy with my couch but their customer service is second to none. No issue is too big that it cannot be resolved and they will move mountains to make sure you are satisfied. As far as I am concerned Finline is now the baseline by which I measure other suppliers.

We had an issue with the reclining mechanism and with one email on the details Cathal sprung into action, immediately shipping the parts to fix the problem, he also followed up and made sure we got sorted. My husband and I bought a house a couple of months ago and spent ages looking at different shops for couches. Initially, we couldn't find anything we were looking for. We were driving to Dublin, Kilkenny, Waterford etc.. Nothing really suited what we were looking for which was something robust, comfortable for a family, and classic in style. We went to Finline in Laois and finally found exactly what we'd been searching for. We bought a Monroe 3 seater and a Monroe Loveseat along with a Monroe footstool. So much so that we are purchasing another Monroe for our second sitting room. We absolutely love the furniture and recommend them to people looking for something that will last, while also supporting an Irish made product. Also, five stars to Nicola who helped us with our purchases!!

Finline Furniture are fantastic! Just received delivery of Othello 3 seater, footstool and tray table, upholstered in Monet Winter platinum fabric, and had an old chair and footstool recovered. There is an amazing range of sofas & chairs to choose from and lots of different material types ranging in prices. All are handmade in EMO Co. Laois and the showroom is so luxurious to walk around - it's pure heaven! Thank you to Per Lowry and the team for all their help and advice in choosing our forever piece of furniture. It matches in nicely with our 'old' Finline Capella sofa & chair which is 12 years old and looks exactly the same as the day we bought it! I was looking to buy a corner sofa but couldn’t get the right fit from the sizing guide. Ciara kindly took our measurements and created a bespoke sofa for our living room. Would highly reccommend Finline, Nicola was a pleasure to deal with and was so quick to respond to any of my queries by email. Sofa arrived a month earlier than the date we we were given which was super. I had asked for hollow fibre cushions as I am allergic to feathers, Nicola did have it on the order form but we still received the feather ones, but it was very quickly rectified once I let them know and the hollow fibre ones were sent out by courier within a couple of days. Super customer service.
