Good morning, I just wanted to give you positive feedback on my dealings with your employees when I bought a Nolan couch from you. In your Cork showroom Tracey was fantastic and so helpful to me in helping me choose fabrics and explaing the timeline in when my couch would be ready. When my couch was delivered the base of the chaise part was missing. Not your companies fault but the delivery company. When I rang your company the professional manner of the lady on the phone and the lady who rang me back was incredible. I told her dont worry these things happen but she genuinely wanted to get the base to me as soon as possible. I work full time and had to organise my friend to be at my home when the base arrived and the delivery man who put it together mentioned to my friend he thought the cushion on the chaise overlapped too much. As I was at work I rang Tracey in the Cork office who told me not to worry and send a photo and she had Cathal call to look at it which he did yesterday. He looked at it and said it was perfect which it looked to me but it was reassuring to have confirmation from Cathal. I just wanted to send you this email to let you know sometimes things can go wrong with deliveries etc but its how its handled is what shows the true merit of a company in customer service. And every single person I have dealt with has been outstanding in their professional customer service to me. And finally my couch is absolutely fantastic...the standard of work is of such a high standard that I couldn't be happier. And now I want to go back to buy new dining chairs. I appreciate my email is lengthy but I truly wanted to let you know what fabulous employees you have working for you and if you could pass that on to your employees from me I would appreciate it.
