Recently we had some issues with our new couch with a rip and a water mark. Cathal was absolutely superb in the way he handled this situation. He was fast to deal with the issue and once he collected the cushions they were back to us within 3 days. He was a pleasure to deal with. This level of support is truly outstanding and the communication was so clear throughout. Thanks very much for you help with this Cathal.
