I just want to drop you a note about the exceptional customer service provided by Finline Furniture. I rang last week just to get some support or recommendations on how to wash my scatter cushions and armchair covers. I had washed them in a cold wash, but unfortunately this didn't turn out as I expected. On speaking to Killian in your customer service team, he acknowledged my concerns, advised me what to do in future and as a courtesy promised to send replaced armchair covers and scatter cushions. I rang Tuesday 18th July and today, 25th July, I received the replacements. It is a testament to the company and your value to your customers that you dealt with my little excursion with professionalism, care and efficiency. I cannot recommend Finline Furniture highly enough and will definitely tell people about your exemplary service.
