I would like to send my personal thanks and appreciation to Cathal for the service we have received recently at Finline. We had ordered a sofa, island and armchair early in the year. There were a few issues with the finishes on the island and armchair which Cathal quickly resolved himself on his visit. The sofa on the other hand had a bigger issue in that the colour of the fabric was different from the sample we had seen in the showroom. We didn't realise this at first, I just knew that it looked markedly different from my expectations, having carefully chosen the colour to match our floor and colour scheme. I was really appreciative of how Cathal handled this - we effectively started from scratch with the order and took the opportunity to opt for a higher-end material from the Gold collection. The new order was expedited and we received our new sofa earlier this month. We are truly delighted with our purchases now. The sofa material is so soft, the colours perfect for the space. Cathal's attitude was really unusual in my experience - no arguing or 'computer says no;' instead he was totally solution-focused, pragmatic and very polite throughout. I know your staff and products get consistently good reviews; for me the measure of a company/ staff member is how they handle problems as they arise, and Finline has been exceptional. So a big thank you to Cathal. We aim to come back next year for another purchase.
