Finline Furniture’s Sofa 20 Year Frame Guarantee

Such is the confidence we have in our frames that we are willing to offer a 20 year Frame Guarantee on all our Irish made Sofa’s & Chairs.

We offer this guarantee on all Finline made orders taken from 1st January 2017 in any Finline Furniture showrooms. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. The guarantee is non-transferable and does not cover furniture in commercial or rental property settings.

Our guarantee covers our structural frame only. Fabrics, accessories, legs, cushioning, fillings, sofa bed actions & springs are not covered under this guarantee. These may show signs of wear and tear with use. Wear and tear is not included under this guarantee. Finline Furniture reserves the right to determine whether the frame has failed due to defect; manufacturing fault, abuse, misuse or neglect.

In the event there is an issue with your frame we will require proof of purchase, sales docket or invoice number, your address and contact details and summary of the problem. All details can be sent to

On a clarification of the above, (we may request photos or further information on the issue) we may send a technician to inspect and validate the claim. The cost of repairing or replacing the frame will be covered by Finline Furniture. However, the cost of getting the sofa or chair to and from our factory must be covered by the customer. Upon proof of fault, we will endeavour to repair the defective goods. If a repair is not possible a replacement will be offered.
