Review

My story is as follows, we got our lovely new pup in April 2024 and she was very good in the house no problems at all until 1 morning in January when I came into the kitchen at 7:30am to discover that she had torn the corner and front of one of the cushions and pulled out all the filling, help was urgently needed, I rang Finline Furniture in Galway where we bought the couch and was advised to bring in said cushion in its very sorry state, this we duly did on the 9/1/25 and they sent off an email and in no time I got a phone call from a guy called Cathal. He was absolutely fabulous to deal with and is an example of what customer care should be at its highest level. We were approaching a family wedding and couldn't really be without the cushion so we covered it with a throw and Cathal just rolled in with other plans nothing too much trouble, several phone calls later and an awful lot of work on his part behind the scenes our couch cushion was returned to us in perfect condition and a fabulous match to original couch. His dedication to his job is amazing and I can honestly say he is a wonderful ambassador for your company and I can guarantee I will be back for future purchases and have already highly recommended Finline Furniture to several of my friends and family members who already know what an excellent service is provided. I sincerely hope that as a company you will acknowledge and credit Cathal with the great work he did for me on behalf of Finline Furniture.
