I'm writing to share my appreciation for the support I have recently received from a member if your staff, Cathal. Unfortunately, our suite of furniture was one of a batch affected by a new chemical and so emitted a bad smell well over a year after we received it. Cathal's response to my request for help was excellent. He got in touch quickly, understood the problem fully, explained the underlying issue clearly, arranged a replacement without delay, checked-in regarding delivery of the replacement and ensured we had it in time for Christmas. He also readily arranged for a change of colour for some of the scatter cushions at my request. At all times, he was helpful, approachable and professional. I was extremely impressed by this high level of customer support. As a result, I'm no longer concerned about the initial problem and will undoubtedly purchase from Finline again and recommend to friends and family. I would be grateful if this email could be shared with Cathal and anyone else who might find it helpful.
