In the event there is an issue with your frame we will require proof of purchase, sales docket or invoice number, your address and contact details and summary of the problem. All details can be sent to email@example.com.
On clarification of the above, (we may request photos or further information of the issue) we may send a technician to inspect and validate the claim. The cost of repairing or replacing the frame will be covered by Finline Furniture. However the cost of getting the sofa or chair to and from our factory must be covered by the customer. Upon proof of fault we will endeavour to repair the defective goods. If a repair is not possible a replacement will be offered.
Our guarantee covers our structural frame only
Fabrics, accessories, legs, cushioning, fillings, sofa bed actions & springs are not covered under this guarantee. These may show signs of wear and tear with use. Wear and tear is not included under this guarantee. Finline Furniture reserves the right to determine whether the frame has failed due to defect; manufacturing fault, abuse, misuse or neglect. Our frame guarantee applies to all models except for the Greville recliner chair, this has an added guarantee for it’s moving action and motor parts.
