Updated: 28/3/20 – following instruction by Government to shut all non-essential businesses.
At this time, we as a business are following the Governments COVID-9 Guidelines to limit social interaction as much as possible to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The safety of our staff, our customers and the wider community is enormously important to us.
Like every other small business around the country, we are doing our best to navigate this unprecedented situation.
Our factory in Co. Laois is now closed (as of 27/3/20 – following lock-down instruction from the Government). Our showrooms in Laois, Dublin, Cork & Galway are closed since 21st March until further notice. We hope to open up the factory & the showrooms as soon as it is safe to do so. For updates on re-opening, please check our website, Facebook & Instagram posts.
If you have queries on current orders or deliveries, please contact [email protected] – our phones will likely be unmanned for the foreseeable future, so it is best to email.
RE: Deliveries – Again due to instruction by the Government our delivery partners along with our suppliers have be told to shut operations with immediate effect. As such any deliveries that were organised for week commencing 30/3/20 or beyond will NOT TAKE PLACE. Your furniture is stored in our warehouse and is safe. It will be delivered as soon as we and our partners are allowed to continue normal operations.
RE: Current Orders & Lead Times – Lead times that were originally quoted will most likely be delayed. Once we can get back to normal operations, we will do our best to keep all customers informed. We will take every measure to get orders to customers as soon as we can but due to the lock down, there is certain to be delays to quoted lead times. If you have specific queries around orders or delivery times, please email on [email protected] . Due to the lock-down, we may not be able to get back to you straight away, but as soon as we have more information we will get back to you.
Finally, we want to take this opportunity to thank anyone on the front lines, particularly health care workers around the country working tirelessly on our behalf to fight the COVID-19 virus. Also, people working around the clock in the retail sector – keeping our shelves stocked with food, medicine (and toys!) – thank you.
Thank you to all our customers for your patience and understanding. Supporting small Irish businesses will be an important part of overcoming the far reaching impact of COVID-19.
Thank you and stay safe.
