All Showrooms & our Factory will be open for business from June 8th (Phase 2 of the Governments Re-opening Programme for the Economy)
At this time, we as a business are following the Governments COVID-9 Guidelines to limit social interaction as much as possible to help maintain the progress we as a society have made battling the virus. The safety of our staff, our customers and the wider community is enormously important to us.
We plan to re-open our factory in Co. Laois on June 8th (the start of Phase 2 of the re-opening programme). Likewise all our showrooms will be open from that day onwards with the same opening hours as before. We have made changes to ensure both customer and staff safety at all times. Thankfully our showrooms are big open spaces with lots of room for distancing but we will ensure that there is no overcrowding. We have hand sanitizer throughout all our showrooms with floor markings (for distancing) and cleaning policies in place to ensure the safety of all during these times.
New Orders & Video Consultations
From June 8th our sales staff are ready to take and process new orders and to send out samples of fabrics to anyone that needs them. Potential customers can do lots of research at home so as to minimise time in the showrooms and we will make every effort to help you through this process.
We will be running free personal online/video sales consultations through facetime/whatsapp – should you wish to book an appointment – please email [email protected] and we will make arrangements over the phone from June 8th onwards.
Our delivery partners will be offering a full 2 man delivery service (or 1 man if selected) from May 18th onwards. As before they will make contact directly with you by phone to organise the delivery once we have notified them that your furniture is ready. The following are precautions all our delivery partners are taking:
- Offer a ‘contactless’ delivery whereby the furniture will be dropped at your front door (this is an option should you not want people in your house)
- All delivery trucks have hand sanitizer and it will be used before and after every delivery
- Gloves and masks will be worn in every house
- All packaging will be removed from your house
- Delivery dockets will not now need to be signed
- Deliveries will be done in a manner with minimum to no contact and we would ask that all pathways and hallways are clear (doors left open etc) for ease of access in and out of the house
Current Orders & Lead Times
Lead times that were originally quoted will most likely be delayed by 10-12 weeks (this is the length of time our factory was forced to close for). Once we can get back to normal operations, we will do our best to keep all customers informed. We will take every measure to get furniture to customers as soon as we can but due to the lock down, there is certain to be delays to quoted lead times.
